Mountain Dog Youth Athletic Training Program

Good day everyone! I hope you are making it through these crazy times. Many of you might be spending much more time as a family with your kids which can be a very good thing. For those of you looking for a program to help your kids get in better shape, I got you covered!

I have created a 12-week program, that consists of three 4-weekblocks of training. Each block focuses on specific skills taught through plyometrics, light weights, and body weight exercises for the most part.

As always, I go through scientific explanation of why we are doing what we are doing, as I believe everybody should understand the why’s as to why we do what we do. I also include video links to every single exercise we do so it’s crystal clear what the exercise should look like.

Now not all of this is easy. It is meant to challenge, but it just takes practice. I am confident that by the end of the program your child will be much improved athletically.

I also have to say this, for those of you who just want to exercise hard and have a little fun, this is great for you too. If you put maximum effort into it, this will work for you too! It’s not JUST for kids!
