Mountain Dog Beginner Program: Baby Groot

You may remember Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy series and other marvel movies. He was an extremely powerful tree monster capable of unlimited regeneration. What most people don’t know is that he came from a race known as the Flora Colossi. In addition to being powerful, they are also geniuses. Groot was a noble character and often sacrificed himself for the good of others throughout many storylines (good thing he could regenerate). Let’s get you on the road to becoming powerful, genius-like, and capable of regenerating a bit!

You can start your journey here. The journey itself is a beautiful thing. It’s certainly not a sprint, it’s a marathon. The progress you make along the way though, it’s just so rewarding. I have been writing training programs, extremely detailed, and very advanced, for over 10 years now (since 2010). I have over 30 detailed programs completed. I have NEVER written one (a detailed one) for a beginner though! It was all of you reaching out to me on YouTube that inspired this.

Right now, we are in the middle of a lockdown across the United States due to a virus. These are unprecedented times. This quarantine has given me plenty of time to really think about my roots, my own training, and also when I began personal training in a gym helping beginners back in the early 90’s. I am excited to take this journey back in time, and to incorporate what I have learned over the last 30+ years training, and put together a great plan for you.

I am assuming you are already in the gym and learning as best you can. If you have been training a year or less, this is for you. If you are more advanced, you’ll want to check out my intermediate or advanced programs.
