I do these for delts and upper pecs. I really enjoy these, and find that they do not beat my shoulders up like a straight overhead press does.
This is AWESOME for pec development. If you have a cambered try it. Use perfect form and squeeze your pecs the whole time.
On the fly have your partner give you extra resistance on the eccentric contraction. Get an awesome stretch on the dips.

This is the form I like to use on sissy squats. Notice all the things going on here. Joe is leaning back when standing tall and engaging hip flexors. He then sinks in deep. I like to use this exercise as part of a supserset, like after the leg press for example.
Having trained for 3 decades now, my lower back is pretty fragile. This bar allows to do what I love (squat) with no back pain at all. It’s remarkable. It absolutely destroys your quads.
