Cris Edmonds’ training & diet regime for 3 Shows
Nate Spear, NPC Nationals SHW Pro Card Winner
In the trenches with Darren Hess, 2021 NPC Northern USA novice overall winner
This month, I’m highlighting a first-time prep with one of my clients, Carl Bruce. Carl and I started working together in January of 2021 to prepare for the South African NPC Bigman Weekend in the Classic Physique Division
In the Trenches with Andrew Berry, 2021 IFBB Pro Card Winner, Part 2
So, this one is hard because I am writing about the last contest prep that John helped me with. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t looking forward to this one. It’s no secret that I ended up getting my IFBB Pro card, culminating my best competitive season ever. It was also my worst season ever. One day after getting off my first pro stage, I lost the guy that believed in me the most, the man that helped make it all happen, my idol and mentor and one of my closest friends and confidants I could be blessed to have.
This month, I’m highlighting the season of one of my long time clients, Julia Warn. Julia and I have been working together since early 2018 where we did the NPC VT and Jay Cutler Classic.
This month I have a piece on a guy that I didn’t prep the whole way through. Sameeh reached out to me about 5 weeks out from the Florida Grand Prix.

This month I have a piece on a really experienced New England bodybuilder named Jared Barlow
So, it’s not every day that a competitor wants to cut their prep time in half. Tori competed in 5 shows last year going from placing outside of the top 5 to working her way up to winning classes at more competitive shows throughout 2019.
Like a lot of athletes this year, Kayla’s plans were changed due to the COVID mess. She was originally planning on doing the NPC JR. USA’s as her first national level show.

In the Trenches with Missy Truscott, 2020 IFBB Arnold Fitness Champ
Well here are starting Missy’s offseason. I wanted to share the starting point, and then we will do updates as we go. I have very high expectations for her Olympia appearance this year. She will be ready!

This month I’m featuring a remarkable transformation. Andres dropped 95 pounds in 5 months to get into shape for one of the most competitive shows on the East Coast while having a new-born baby at home.
This month I have a piece on a new bodybuilder that nailed his first prep. Corey had been training in the gym for a few years and the other guys always told him he had great shape and should think about doing a bb show.
