This month we have a feature on one of my Canadian clients Ali Humza Siddiqui.
This month I am happy to feature another high performing lady, Lia Taylor. Lia got in touch with me in October of 2018 with the simple goal of winning her class at the NPC Vermont. She had plenty of experience doing this show as well as national ones and while I could see the shape was always there, conditioning was what was lacking. So, my goal was to make sure she reached a new level of conditioning that she had never seen on herself before. We got started a little earlier than normal because Lia had a vacation planned somewhere in the 17 weeks out or so realm. I wanted to get a chance to learn her body and get her calories up appropriately before we started her diet phase.

When Nick told me he wanted to compete, I really bounced back and forth between telling him to wait and doing it. I am very honest with my competitors, and I wasn’t sure he could be in shape with the muscle he needed to make his first show a success.
This month we have a feature on a client of mine named Jim Sullivan, out of the New Jersey area. Jim and I have worked together for a little over two years now. He had just finished his prep for the 2016 fall season and we jumped right into a post-show health phase and then an extended offseason with the idea of not competing again until he moved up to the next weight class.

This month we are featuring a client that I have been working with since September of 2017, Ryan Sullivan. Ryan came to me with the very sound idea on working on a lean gains offseason program before entering into his first contest prep in late 2018.

This month I am featuring a client that I worked with for the first time this year in preparation for his first contest prep. Grant is a 28 year old first time competitor that wanted to do the classic and open bodybuilding classes.
This month we have a feature on new IFBB Pro Erin Elliot fresh from her successful season leading into the Teen and Masters Nationals in July.
This month we have a special on a long time Mountain Dog Express site member, Cody Black. Cody has a long history of competing including last year’s Universe and Master’s Nationals finishing 15th and 6th respectively.
We are back again with another one of my top clients, Nate Spear. You will remember that Nate won the first 5 heavyweight classes he competed in during his 2016 season which included a class win at the Jr. USA’s and 3 Overall titles.
