Sub-Zero



Sub-Zero is LIVE!!! You all didn’t think I was just going to stop at Scorpion did you? The response to program 1 has been so phenomenal, so let’s keep going deeper into this prep with me and continue to level your physiques up! Sub-Zero builds off the first 8 weeks and pushes your pain tolerance to an even higher level, so be ready.

These next 5 training blocks/programs (yes, that is foreshadowing…..) will build off the previous. This is a continued focus on improving your back and arms, but know that your legs, chest and shoulders will still be getting hammered each week. I laugh only because I know what you all are in for. These sessions are elevated to not only test your pain tolerance but push your bodies to new levels.

I had the idea of making John Scorpion and me Sub-Zero, but with further thought, John had to stay as the Thunder God Raiden. And considering the plot, I am Scorpion as he embodies so much of what is deep rooted in my philosophies. So, it’s me (and you) taking down Sub-Zero.

By completing each session, you drain his health. Take that mindset into every single workout and I promise results will come.

Just like Scorpion, Sub-Zero is 8 weeks in length and is 5 days per week in the gym training.  I really hope you all are leaning into the way this program split waves the days based on recovery….this allows you to truly unlock your growth potential bc you aren’t tied to a set training split.

I pray that you all are coming off Scorpion feeling amazing. No joint pain, pumps are huge and training capacity is growing. I am having an absolute blast writing these and allowing everyone to follow along as we push out minds/bodies to places we have never been.

Just like I teased you all last time, Reptile is waiting in the wings for you to take on next after we finish off Sub-Zero with a massive upper cut and harpoon to the head!
