What’s up everybody. We’re back with a feature on a fellow Super Heavyweight bodybuilder Kadu Fernandes. Obviously from the size he’s carrying, you can see that he’s been training for a long time but has only been competing for a short while.
This month’s feature is on a young, 20 year old Milwaukee bodybuilder named Derek Pranke. I met Derek a year ago when I was in South Carolina for Junior USA’s. We got to talking about doing the same show a year later. He had already had previously competed nationally at the Teen, Collegiate and Master’s Nationals as a Teen Light Heavyweight placing 4th in 2015. It was time to see what improvements he had made in the last two years by doing a qualifier and then jumping onto the big stage in South Carolina. Here’s what we did.

What’s up everyone. We’re back with another “Trenches” piece, this month on an experienced bodybuilder from Aruba, Hemradj Mulai.
