When Brittany started with me in 2013 she was making the transition from endurance runner to bodybuilder. She had been doing cardio 4-6 days a week, with most sessions being hour plus steady state and lifting 4 days a week. During the first year we that we worked together Brittany dropped cardio down to doing 10 – 15 minute HIIT sessions 3 -4 days a week and weight trained 5 days a week with the goal of competing in early spring 2014. In May Brittany competed in her first show, placing 11th in her height class.
