So, this one is hard because I am writing about the last contest prep that John helped me with. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t looking forward to this one. It’s no secret that I ended up getting my IFBB Pro card, culminating my best competitive season ever. It was also my worst season ever. One day after getting off my first pro stage, I lost the guy that believed in me the most, the man that helped make it all happen, my idol and mentor and one of my closest friends and confidants I could be blessed to have.

So, it’s not every day that a competitor wants to cut their prep time in half. Tori competed in 5 shows last year going from placing outside of the top 5 to working her way up to winning classes at more competitive shows throughout 2019.
