Offseason update w/ IFBB Pro Nate Spear

So here we are wrapping up November of 2023. Unless you are doing NPC Nationals in December, more competitors are deep into their off seasons making progress for the 2023 season. Nate Spear is doing the same. Many long-time subscribers will know that Nate Spear and I have worked together since 2015, running the ranks as an amateur to the pros. This year, we are working even more closely together as training partners every day. This February I moved to Largo, Florida, a city not far from Tampa where the popular gym MI40 is located. Shortly after I got here, Nate moved down as well because you can’t beat the weather, the southern hospitality and of course being able to train at one of the best gyms on the planet. There isn’t a day where you don’t run into 3 or 4 other good pros, including Mr. Olympia, Derek Lunsford. Anyway, while we used to get to train together on the weekends, usually leg days, now, we are putting each other through the paces daily. Nate is in his prime and for a guy north of 40, I’m just trying to keep up.
