Here is session 3 of the Arm Manual on week 4!! It is a HUGE Pump just like the rest of the program. Trisets to kick off your Saturday session. Give me 2 rounds to warm up, then right into your working rounds, which are going up by 1 round. Move fast between exercises, but then take a full 2-3 minute rest break between rounds. Fight this burn, as this is what is going to stimulate growth. Then on top of the triset we are adding in some blood occlusion training.

This month’s session comes to you guys straight from the Chest Training Manual. The Manual is set up into heavy session and pump sessions. This one is from Week 5 on the heavy day for the week, ENJOY!

This is an upper chest focused session for you guys! A lot of times you see really full pecks in the middle and down low, but rarely up top. When maximally developed, it will take your physique to the next level on the stage or get some cool looks at the beach.
