This is a recent workout I did with Joe Thomas, who just won his pro card and is making his debut at the Tampa Pro in 3 weeks!
I had IFBB Pro Ken Jackson in town this week and we did a classic back workout, not the recent shorter high frequency workout, but it was an awesome session, so I wanted to share it this month!
This is another high frequency program workout, but it’s a simple arm workout. You could actually do this 3 times a week if your elbows are healthy and you keep your effort at 8-9 on the chart below. You could also bump the intensity up to all 10’s, but do this twice a week as well.
Ok, here it. Another high frequency program workout. This is about midway through the program so the volume and intensity has climbed quite a bit.
I don’t want to let the cat quite out of the bag yet, but let’s just say I am working on a high frequency program that just may be Mountain Dog 2.0.
