This month I want to share a workout with you that I recently had Fouad Abiad do with me on a recent visit here.
Enjoy!
This month I want to share a good workout that will target your quads sweep. This is the outer portion of your things otherwise known as the vastus lateralis. It takes some practice and focus while you are doing it, but when you nail it, you’ll feel it where we want, and it’ll burn as bad anything else we do! This is a workout taken out of my new program coined “The Beyonder”.
This is a workout I did with Ken Jackson after his top 10 performance at the Tampa Pro show this year!
I get many questions about all the programs I have built over the last few years and continue to build. I always like to get feedback on what seems to be the most popular and this particular program is right there at the top of the list.
This program is designed with the novice lifter in mind. The goal of this program is to familiarize the lifter with the basic mechanics of the training movements, establishing and reinforcing good form.
