Scorpion Week 5 – Back Pump Session

Today I am sharing a back pump day with you from Week 5 and it’s an all-out assault on your back. The exercise sequencing is set up so well that your pump grows exercise to exercise while being low back friendly.
I’ve said this before, but its worth repeating: these workouts are old school MountainDog at its finest. Yes there are some top sets and back offs…..but its rooted in volume and attacking the muscle from multiple angles.
What you will find is that your physique takes on a 3-D look to it. The muscle literally looks like its jumping off the bone. Here is a perfect example with IFBB Pro Aaron Newman, who is dominating Scorpion leaning into the Tampa Pro in 2 weeks.
