These Exercises could Ruin Chest Progress

When I go into the gym each week, I am for sure going to see people doing this very workout for chest:

1) Flat Bench Press
2) Low Cable Flyes
3) Hex Press
4) Pec Dec Flyes

And 9x out of 10, every single one of these people have no chest to show for all their time, effort and energy they put into that session.

I really want to urge anyone who is watching this video, if that is your chest workout (or really close to it) STOP! I challenge you to get off the flat bench, go over to the incline and get to work.

This will 100% be a shot to your ego, but if you give me a full year of this, your chest will look better than it ever has.
