Eat Cheeseburgers to Gain Muscle & Drop Fat

You all will thank me for this one!! I call this “The Cheeseburger Bowl”

To me I feel like I’m legit eating and double cheeseburger without the bun from McDonalds, but with no guilt or poor food quality.

Here are two examples of how you can make this, one with cheese and 1 without.

Take a look at the Macros for each:

Hamburger Bowl: 50P/61C/10F = 534 total calories
Cheeseburger Bowl” 45.5P/23.5C/17F = 429 total calories

This is one of my favorite meals and even our kids love this…..so a great family dinner option if you are looking for one while still being able to follow your meal plan.
