OFF Day Meal Plan

You have seen me smash all the food on my previous Day in the Life Videos……well today is a new style and my off day.

I shot this VLOG style (Chaz was busy running a race and having his son’s birthday) so I took over the camera.

This is a new look/feel and I’m digging it to be honest. Hope you all enjoy the meals, my thought process on how I built the plan and can walk away with tips on how to stay lean year round.


Cris is the Lead Coach for Team MountainDog.

John Meadows nicknamed him “Cris the Insane” over 11 years ago when they started working together. Over 30 programs later and he is still cranking. His understandings of John's philosophies from exercise selection or order, rep ranges, volume, intensity and days of training per week are ingrained in him from the 1,800+ workouts he had done under John's watchful eye.
