How to Fix Your Digestion

So many clients that I meet with tend to have some sort of digestion issues right out of the gate or once we really get to the point of pushing calories high.

If you are getting bloating, gas, inflammation, or heart burn that means you are not processing the foods we are eating well, which in turn translates to less progress.

In today’s video I share with you guys the 5 supplements I start every single morning with:
• Greens
• Glutamine
• Fresh Lemon
• Aloe Vera
• Collagen

This mixture primes my body for all the food I will consume the rest of the day, tastes amazing and sets my day up for success.

Use this combo as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach for at least a month and 9x out of 10 you will find all your symptoms disappear or drastically reduce.

This, like most of the things I share with you guys, all come down to consistency. You cannot miss a day if you want this problem solved. Mix this up the night before, set a reminder on your phone to drink it and progress with your gut health will skyrocket.
