Good Carbs vs Bad Carbs
by Cris Edmonds on June 28, 2024I know there are countless videos on the internet stating there are minimal differences in carb sources. That as long as the numbers match, you will be in a deficit and burning bodyfat equally.
Well take a look at the opening scene here……you think these are all the same?
All day long give me the rice and I will be on my way to gaining muscle or burning bodyfat. For some of you guys, that pasta will be better in a calorie surplus bc the volume is much lower. Then VERY rarely will anyone ever succeed with the gummy bears. Why you may ask??
Just look at how fast you get to 100g carbs. That’s 2 handfuls…….plus they will be in and out of your body in no time at all.
Moral of this story, be smart about food selection bc it matters.
