NEW Leg Day Routine!!

I’ve been experimenting with this new exercise selection for my leg days and I am freaking loving it.

It starts off with a hard leg curls (top set and back off). Then right into the adductor machine where I either do top set and back off (on odd weeks) or 2 high rep sets (on even weeks).

From there is to the glute bridge to trash my glutes. I will either work up to hard set or do a triple drop here to get a massive glute pump before going into my quad work.

Next up is occluded leg extensions to push all the blood into my quads. This forces my final move (either a hack squat, leg press or tru squat) to be insanely hard due to fatigue.
