Leg Press dropset

Here’s a crazy set I did with Ken Jackson on a leg press dropset. Start with the heavier load and crank out a high rep set there..25-30 reps, then lighten the weight considerably and move your foot position down to target the vastus medialis/teardrop and increase your range of motion at the bottom to really stretch the muscle as well. This is a brutal and effective combination.
