I’m always up for a challenge. Let me tell you this workout was just that. Today I had my friend Pro MMA champ Lance Palmer take me through one of his MMA workouts and it was insane. I was ready to call it quits after the warm up on the bike. You won’t believe how crazy this workout is until you try it yourself. Give this crazy MMA workout a try and let me know if you survived.
So the workout we did a 5 minute warm up on the bike right into the 3 rounds of 2 minutes as hard as you can peddle with a 1 min rest. After that was done we rested 2 minutes and got right into the 7 exercise circuit 1 min on 1 min rest. We did this two times.
