10/25 High Intensity Technique

Basically you find a weight you can do for 10 reps and you well do it for 25. I know this doesn’t sound like its possible but trust me if you use this high intensity technique you will get 25. I explain it all in this short video so make sure you watch the whole thing. You also only want to use this high intensity technique on safe exercised. I go over all that as well in this video
