Wasabi Salmon Salad

Ingredients:
Dry

  • One 6 ounce can of wild salmon (drain it)
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon of wasabi powder
  • 2 cups of bokchoy
  • A few tablespoons of diced peppers and minced scallions

Preparation:

1) Mix everything in a bowl, except for bokchoy.
2) Serve on top of the bokchoy!
