Wasabi Salmon Saladby John Meadows on January 15, 2013
- One 6 ounce can of wild salmon (drain it)
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon of wasabi powder
- 2 cups of bokchoy
- A few tablespoons of diced peppers and minced scallions
1) Mix everything in a bowl, except for bokchoy.
2) Serve on top of the bokchoy!
