Triple Berry Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old-fashion oats
- 1/4 cup Muscle Egg Strawberry egg whites
- 1 TBS Raspberry or Vanilla, sugar-free Tarani syrup
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries & strawberries)
Directions:
- In a medium sized mason jar, mix together your oats, egg whites, sugar-free syrup, and vanilla extract.
Once mixed, odd your Greek yogurt and mix together till you con no longer see any yogurt. Stir in your frozen berries. - Add a lid to your mason jar or top with plastic wrap. Place in your fridge for up to 8 hours before eating.
- No cooking involved what so ever! Piece of coke! Enjoy cold!

– I like making these the night before and leave them in my fridge overnight to set up {hence the name “overnight” oatmeal}.
– Make a ton of these ahead of time and leave them in your fridge. If you make several ahead of time, they will lost up to 6 days in your fridge.
– These ore great to hove when in hurry or need a meal for on the go. Grab a spoon, grab your oatmeal and head out the door. Easy!
