Super Soup with Chicken

In this new cooking series we will be making healthy meals. Today’s meal is what I like to call super soup. This vegetables soup has am amazing flavor and is really good when you put it on some chicken. You can eat it alone or with chicken. Give this recipe a try.

What you will need for this Super Soup recipe:

Half head of cabbage
2 bell peppers red, green, or yellow
2 cans of roasted diced tomatoes
spicy V8 juice
1 onion
1 bunch of celery
1/2 bag of washed spinach leaves
1 onion soup packet
1 hand full of baby carrots
3 chicken breast boneless skinless
1 or 2 sweet potatoes

Bring to a boil and cook soup for 10-15 minutes depending on how firm you like your veggies. Stir soup every 5 minutes.
