1 cup of steamed spinach, washed and finely chopped
1 lb. of grass-fed ground beef
1 tsp. of paprika
2 tbl. of dried basil
Dash of pepper
Mix ingredients all together in a large bowl
Form into patties. For 22grams of protein per serving you will want to make patties that are a little over cup (~115 grams) in size- yielding 4 patties per batch.
Grill on BBQ or cook in a pan over low heat until cooked through
Note – NEVER cook grass-fed meats on high heat!! They taste best and retain their moisture better cooked on low heat!!
