Pre-Training Pancakes

In a large blender put:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 scoop of protein powder – flavoring is up to you – I like strawberry, banana, or chocolate

Heat up a skillet and coat it with organic virgin coconut oil (or a griddle)

Blend the ingredients and then pour them into skillet.

Add fruit too, such as blueberries, strawberries, or bananas. Add the fruit once you pour the batter into the skillet.

I then give the finished product a slight coating of grass-fed organic butter.
