It will cut down your meal prep by hours. You can cook rice in just 4 minutes. I know that sounds crazy but its true as you will see in this post workout sweet honey instant pot video.

What you will need for this post workout instant pot rice recipe:
1 cup uncooked Jasmine Rice
1 tablespoon Raw Honey
1/3 cup Dried low sugar cranberries
1-1/4 cup of water
An Instant pot

put the water and rice in the instant pot close the lid and make sure its not venting. Set the pressure to high and time for 4 minuteness. When the cooking is done vent the instant pot and ad the honey and cranberries. Boom the perfect post workout meal
