Green Tea Kiwi-Blueberry Slushy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of brewed green tea, cooled – Use 2-4 tea bags, depending on how strong you would like it to be
  • 2/3 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of finely chopped kiwi
  • 1/4 cup of a non-caloric sweetener of your choice (stevia, splenda, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup of ice

Preparation:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender. I suggest using a blender or food processor and not a magic bullet, as the bullet does not have enough motor strength to blend the ice fine enough.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Put mixture into a glass baking dish or bowl. Freeze for 2-4 hours
4. Using a fork, “rake” the frozen puree. Serve in small dishes and eat with a spoon or pour into a glass and top with diet 7-up.
