Eating on the Go! Tuna Oatmeal Patties

- 2 cans of tuna (drained)
- 2 free run whole eggs (medium)
- ¾ cup of oatmeal
- 1 onion diced
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- Few pinches of dried thyme
Procedure:
- Drain tuna and mash into small pieces with either a hand blender or magic bullet
- Add seasoning, then oatmeal continue to mix
- Add in the eggs, if they do not give enough moisture to hold the contents together, add a splash of water
- Divide into portions, and mould into balls
- Grill on a heated skillet until golden brown on one side, should take two to three minutes, carefully flip the burger and cook on the other side until heated through.
