Eating on the Go! Tuna Oatmeal Patties

  • 2 cans of tuna (drained)
  • 2 free run whole eggs (medium)
  • ¾ cup of oatmeal
  • 1 onion diced
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • Few pinches of dried thyme


  1. Drain tuna and mash into small pieces with either a hand blender or magic bullet
  2. Add seasoning, then oatmeal continue to mix
  3. Add in the eggs, if they do not give enough moisture to hold the contents together, add a splash of water
  4. Divide into portions, and mould into balls
  5. Grill on a heated skillet until golden brown on one side, should take two to three minutes, carefully flip the burger and cook on the other side until heated through.
