Curried Turkey Salad
- 7 oz of lean turkey breast
- ½ cup of nuts (most use walnuts)
- 1 teaspoon of ground curry
- ½ cup celery
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup red seedless grapes
- ½ cup nonfat yogurt
- 2 bunches watercress (wash it)
1) Mix everything in a bowl, except for watercress.
2) Serve on top of the watercress!
