Curried Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

  • 7 oz of lean turkey breast
  • ½ cup of nuts (most use walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon of ground curry
  • ½ cup celery
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup red seedless grapes
  • ½ cup nonfat yogurt
  • 2 bunches watercress (wash it)

Preparation:
1) Mix everything in a bowl, except for watercress.
2) Serve on top of the watercress!
