Many of you have been out of the gym for months just like I have. Today I am going to take you through a leg workout that is going to help you rebuild your legs and get your size back. Now, we have to do this smart. We can’t just go into the gym and go all out that would not be ideal. I can’t because I have to take it easy on the heart and my legs.
