Crazy Pump Chest Workoutby John Meadows on December 11, 2019
This was a chest workout that really surprised me. The pump we got from this workout was unreal. I know you might not have the kaddilac bar but try to use something that will do about the same thing. Might have to be dumbbells but if you are able to use the kaddilac bar do so. Give this chest workout a try and let me know how crazy of a chest pump you got.
1.) Kaddilac Bar bench press work up to a hard set of 8
2.) Incline Dumbbell press 3 sets to failure min 8 reps
3.) Chair chain push ups 3 sets to beyond failure via drop sets
4.) Dumbbell pullovers 3 sets to failure but leave 1 or 2 reps in the tank to prevent injury
