Crazy Leg Workout for Mass

When you go to a gym with amazing leg equipment you know we had to try it all. This leg workout you might not have access to most of the stuff but just do something that is similar. We crush legs and even do a set with 50 reps yes 50 reps.

The reason for my limited range of motion on the squats is due to a sports hernia I have from playing football with my kids.
