This is another great example of a free meal substitute if you didn’t want to go out, but still need a huge bump in your caloric intake.
The requests for quinoa keep coming in, so here is the recipe I really enjoy. This would even be a fun meal to prepare with your spouse as a fun activity together or blow your mind with your culinary skills! You can thank me later.
