General Tso’s Chicken (Bodybuilder Version)

Do you love Chinese food, but don’t want all those crazy high calories?? You all are in for a treat today!!

Growing up, General Tso’s was one my absolute favorite things to eat out with my dad, so let’s recreate that but use all high-quality ingredients and not deep fry it.

This requires a good bit of ingredients but is well worth the prep time. I do my best to show you how easy this is as it looks way more challenging than it really is.

Give this a try, impress your wife/girlfriend and both or your pallets will be begging for more.
