Vacation Eating

If you are kicking ass on your meal plan a vacation can make or break your killer progress. In today’s video I go over a handful of strategies I’ve used personally and with clients to have them smashing their goals, but also enjoying some much needed down time.

The number 1 issue I see is lack of planning. You will be surprised by how well things go if you simply have a rough outline for your day while on vacation.

And if you are like me, its very hard to go from a super structured plan to nothing. Follow these tips, make a plan and then execute. You will be shocked how well this works for you, but also your family.
