How to Boost Your Metabolism

The simple answer is, it takes time and precision. In this video I go over the strategy I use with almost all of my long-term clients to build their metabolism.
You must first get lean……I’m mean real lean (think veins in your lower abs by the end of the day). Then we reverse diet you into a surplus, while pulling cardio back.
From there is goal is to build your food up and pull back based on bodyfat levels.
I track this year to year, ensuring that your protein, carbs and fats are higher than our previous best. You can think of this almost like a log book, but for food.
Give these techniques a try and you will be shocked by the result.
