Having Trouble With Front Squats?

I know a lot of you are just like me. When you try to do a front squat you feel like your getting choked out or your wrists feel like they are about to snap. In this video I will be showing you a way to solve all of the issues you might be having with the front squat. Dave Tate showed me this method and let me tell you it is gold. All you need is a safety squat bar and just use it backwards. It literally that simple.
