Cranberry & PB Protein Balls
by Elissa Jewell on January 3, 2017These protein balls are like a cookie dough texture and will last up to 4 days in the fridge, (in an alternate universe where you can stop yourself from eating them for that long.)
Ingredients:
4 serves/scoops vanilla WPI
1tsp vanilla essence
70g oat flour
1 cup milk (any)
1.5 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
50g dried, sweetened cranberries
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Directions:
Mix the WPI, vanilla essence, flour, milk, PB and cranberries together in a large bowl with clean hands. Form into 14 balls and place in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, mix the cocoa, coconut oil and maple syrup together to make chocolate.
Drizzle over the balls then leave in the fridge to set.
