Chilli Chocolate Truffle: Pre-Workout

  • 10g melted coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • Chilli flakes


Melt the coconut oil and add the cacao powder, stir well to remove any lumps and then add the honey. Microwave for 10 seconds or just enough that the honey has softened and combines with the oil and chocolate, then add your cinnamon and cayenne pepper.

Sprinkle the chilli flakes into the bottom of your chocolate mould and then pour the chocolate chilli mixture over the top.

Chill in the freezer for five to ten minutes to set and eat with a strong black coffee just prior to your Mountain Dog workout.
