A lot of you have been asking about my chest injury. Well in this video I go over that and also do some posing at the end so make sure you stay till the end. I am going to do a chest / shoulder workout and this workout will be a little different then my normal routine. I am gearing this to help me come back from the chest tear. I hope you enjoy the workout. FYI you don’t have to be hurt to do this workout it will still crush your upper body.
