Reptile

Finally!!!! I have dangled this carrot for so long. Reptile is now live and ready to be brutalized.

The amount of emails, texts, and DMs I have received begging for “what’s next??” has been amazing.

And the answer is simple: my best programming to date. These Reptile sessions take the successful strategies from Scorpion & Sub-Zero and elevate the intensity. You should be getting in better shape, as I am….so let’s lean into this and push training capacity like never before.

This 5 day per week program takes you through 8 weeks of continued prep with me as I get Nationally Qualified. Yes, there is a focus on back and arm training, but when I say my legs, chest and shoulders are the best they have ever been, I’m not exaggerating.

Why Reptile? If you played a ton of Mortal Kombat, you know that Reptile was the first hidden opponent in the original game…..making him the first secret character in fight game history. The idea of Reptile in the Mortal Kombat game was to create a “cooler version of Scorpion.” And that is exactly what I did with this program.

For the training split, the rough template is as follows:

• Back
• Chest/Shoulders
• Off
• Legs
• Back Pump Session
• Arms/Calves
• Off

But know, I am NOT married to this split. If I am sore, see a lagging area, or just wake up and feel like training _____ bodypart, I do it. In addition, if I need an extra rest day, I simply take it. I pray this is teaching you all to listen to your body’s warning signs and be more intuitive with your training.

Attack this program with all your might and growth will come. Waiting in the wings on the other side of this program is Johnny Cage…..I promise there will be no lag time on this one. So get back in the groove and let’s level up together.

Reptile is Program #3 in the Mortal Combat Series. Scorpion is Program #1 & Sub-Zero is Program #2.
You can do each independently, but for the best results, I advise starting with Scorpion.

See you all on the other side,

Cris the “Insane”
