– I like making these the night before and leave them in my fridge overnight to set up {hence the name “overnight” oatmeal}.
– Make a ton of these ahead of time and leave them in your fridge. If you make several ahead of time, they will lost up to 6 days in your fridge.
– These ore great to hove when in hurry or need a meal for on the go. Grab a spoon, grab your oatmeal and head out the door. Easy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients (except apples) in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Add apples and stir until evenly incorporated.
Spoon batter evenly (12 portions) onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired and bake for 12-15 minutes.
