Training tip – on many exercises I prefer to use single handles as opposed to straight bars. I feel this is easier on your wrists, and also can help you get higher quality muscle contractions. Give this a shot!
You want lat pain? Superset….straight arm pulldowns with neutral grip pull down to head with a flex..enjoy!
Rear delts, lats, and some external rotation for shoulder and rotator health…gotta stay healthy to get better!
Hoooooo Leeee Chit…stop cheating your back out of growth and get your elbows back when you row!
Going heavy is fine, but not at the expense of good form! Get your elbows back and use your back not your arms!
#1 back training tip….drive with your elbows, don’t pull with your arms
Love these rows….I’ll take these over bent over barbell rows anyday
I have a fragile old man back, but it’s not an excuse to not freaking kill my spinal erectors
For all of you that are sad that Hillary lost, and for all of you that are happy Trump won…I just want to give you ALL some advice. Please watch the video and learn how to do Meadows Rows correctly. Let’s build some massive backs over the next 4 years. 🙂
You have to try these..crazy lower lat contraction…and even inner lower lat..an area that is notoriously underdeveloped on most of us. Focus on driving your elbows down and squeezing. If you want to do isoholds..drive your elbow down into the pad and hold.
This is a great way to add a little tension in the contracted part of them movement. Give these a shot! I prefer kettlebells on these because the hand position allows your lats to open up more.
These are REALLY good if you have trouble feeling tension in your lats. This is a fantastic isolateral movement.
I really enjoy doing these for midback! Give these a shot in your next back workout!
You can use a rope, Spud Straps, or other types of straps here to really isolate back and use less arms.
I enjoy this machine for lat training.

I love using this machine due to the grip. I don’t like fully supinated grips as it tends to be hard on your biceps, but this grip is perfect.
I use these frequently as a rack pull variation for low lats. Squeeze your lower lats tight throughout the entire movement. I do like to add chains on these so provide more resistance through the pull, and less at the…
