We are not all genetically gifted, hell John will admit that it took him years of doing the same routine, while hiding his back at shows; before he made the leap in his physique by training smarter. The time spent in the gym should be an investment through every rep, and set towards achieving success through intensity, intelligent techniques and hard facts.
