Favorite Cheat Food
Either sushi or any dessert. I have the biggest sweet tooth!

Zuchinni noodles with ground turkey and pizza sauce= my pasta fix!

Favorite Exercise in Gym
Squats, pullups, and dips!

What’s in your gym bag?
All of the essentials! (Intra WO drink, water, belt, chalk, notebook, and of course versa grips!)

What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Shooting at the gun range and when the weathers nice I’ll find any excuse to be outside whether it’s laying out in the sun or going on a hike.

All little bit of everything! (protein, arc reactor, Keto factor, lipocalypse, head phones, journal, straps, chap-stick, CLEAN socks (because you never know when you might need them) & my favorite pen)

What do you like to do outside of the gym?
Spend lots of time with family and friends. I also enjoy the outdoor life (hunting in the winter time and finishing in the summer time).

Biggest gym pet peeve
When I see someone wearing sandals while training.

Do you have any hero’s or mentors in the sport?
I think overall I find every athlete in the sport to be an inspiration to me in some way. Since everyone comes from such different walks of life I believe there is a hero in every individual.
