Chest with Stretch Overload

This is a simple yet very effective chest workout that I did before Christmas. The fun high intensity technique we employed on this one was the use of stretch overload. I am using that technique a bit differently than others have used it in past times, as I believe earlier programs were too aggressive and led to injuries. For chest, I have seen people assume a stretched fly position with very heavy dumbbells for the hold/stretch, and I think this is really asking for trouble as an example…
