Arm Manual Sleeve Buster

Here is session 3 of the Arm Manual on week 4!! It is a HUGE Pump just like the rest of the program. Trisets to kick off your Saturday session. Give me 2 rounds to warm up, then right into your working rounds, which are going up by 1 round. Move fast between exercises, but then take a full 2-3 minute rest break between rounds. Fight this burn, as this is what is going to stimulate growth. Then on top of the triset we are adding in some blood occlusion training.
